What is your return policy?

We hope you love your Levi’s® online purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we are here to help!

  1. You can, within 15 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the Levi’s® Thailand Official Online Store (www.levi.co.th), submit product(s) for return, subject to the terms of our Returns Policy set out below.
  2. Any product(s) for which the return application is not submitted within the above timeline is not eligible for return.
  3. Product(s) excluded from returns are: underwear, socks, marked as final clearance or discounted and non-returnable, altered/customized products, and limited edition collection(s). If we receive a return of product(s) that are not eligible for returns, the product(s) will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund.
  4. Product(s) submitted for return must be in new and original condition, unwashed and unused, in original product packaging and with original price tags and labels attached.
  5. Return applications for the product(s) purchased at the Levi’s® Thailand Official Online Store must be addressed to us online in the prescribed format. To do so, please login to Levi’s® Thailand Official Online Store to submit a return application. For Guest users, kindly contact our Customer Care Center if you wish to submit product(s) for return.
  6. If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount that you have paid.
  7. If a Gift with Purchase (GWP) is included in your order and the returned product(s) contribute to your eligibility for the GWP, the GWP must be returned together for us to process the return.
  8. Levi’s® Thailand reserves the right to reject a return if the product(s) submitted for return does not meet the requirements above.
  9. Levi’s® Thailand reserves the right to make final decisions and to alter this policy at any time.

How do I return a levi.co.th order?

Pick up at your door.

A return label will already be included in your parcel for your convenience. If you find that the return label is missing and you wish to submit a return, kindly contact our Customer Care Center.

Return Steps:

LOGIN
1. Login > go to My Orders > View Order Details

SELECT
2. Select the item(s) that you wish to return

RE-PACK
3. Pack item(s) together with original tags and packaging into the reusable Levi’s® bag.

PICK UP
4. Our courier will contact you to arrange a pickup date for the return order.

How do I receive refunds?

  1. Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment if the returned item(s) meet the Returns Policy requirements above and are delivered back to us as set out above.
  2. We will process your refund within 15 days of receiving the item(s) in our eCommerce warehouse.
  3. Please be informed that our Customer Care Center may contact you further for additional information prior to processing a refund. In such an event, your refund may take longer than 15 days if there is a delay in receiving your reply.
